Under1RoofTM was established in 2005 as a community development and upliftment company. It was co-founded by Greg Mallet, Lavani Moodley, Rumbi Musvaire, Jason Paviour and Natasha Venning to convert communities into more sustainable and economical ventures.

At Under1Roof we are adamant that green aspects of building be incorporated into each of the buildings. This not only helps decrease the carbon foot print of our company and that of any of our potential clients, but also decreases the monthly running costs for our residents. Sustainable energy is not only an option but, a priority.

Proposed Redevelopment

At Under1Roof, we believe that we are the perfect company to rebuild Yates Lodge into something that Communicare can be proud of. 

Using innovative design techniques we have established a reputation of the highest quality whereby we ensure efficient and green buildings.
